16.2. Mandatory Arbitration: All disputes or disagreements arising between you and the Casino under these Terms, or subsequent agreements linked to your use of the platform, shall be settled exclusively via binding arbitration conducted in Curaçao and in accordance with the Curaçao Civil Procedure Rules.
